Herbalists apply traditional practices and evidence-based research of plants to support healthy function of the human body. A clinical herbalist is part of your wellness team, working collaboratively with you to support your health and wellness goals.

  • How is Herbalism different from a conventional approach to health?

    Herbalism takes an integrated or holistic approach to explore all aspects of an individual—physical, spiritual, mental, emotional and lifestyle—and acknowledges the innate healing power of the human body. Herbal, diet, and lifestyle recommendations focus on supporting the specific needs of each individual.

  • How do I know if an Herbs will work for me?

    Herbalism is an art, as well as a science. It is important during the processes of working with herbs to note your observations so we can make adjustment accordingly. Traditional and historic uses of herbs combined with an evidence-based approach informs the efficacy and effectiveness of a particular herb.

  • Do you sell herbal products?

    No, we do not sell herbal products. We are happy to provide you with a list of high quality, reputable herb farmers and distributors after your herbal consultation.

  • Do you offer in-person Herbal Consultations

    Yes, this can be arranged if you are local to New Haven County. If you prefer to meet online that is an option as well.

  • Do you offer in-person Workplace Wellness Workshop?

    Yes, this can be arranged if your business is near New Haven County, Connecticut. If you prefer to have the workshop live virtually that is possible as well. Live virtual workshops are experiential and hands-on as we ship you the participant materials.
